You can put any video from your computer into a word document and then convert that document into a PDF file. This is absolutely awesome for creating tutorial books with the visual clarification of video.

Most cds are autrun now but if you create a cd or have an old cd autorun may not be there or may not work. You need to know how to open the CD rom drive and see what files are on it.
