Hello I want excel to bring data and values from another excel sheet into a clickable list. Am I looking at the correct tutorial? I am trying to track a nutrition plan and don’t want to keep typing in the caloric breakdown of everything I eat. I want that part to be automated because it’s repetitive. Can I accomplish that. I need help.

I believe what you are looking for is to “browse” to find another workbook instead of data on that particular page. Does this help?
